Weekly Menu {9/7–9/11}
I hope you each had a wonderful weekend enjoying the extra day off and beautiful weather. We enjoyed time outside on our patio, went for a walk, and just generally hung out. We were also able to go visit friends who had a baby girl a week ago. She was beautiful! All in all, it shaped up to be a good weekend. Did you do anything fun or special?
Here’s what’s on the menu for this week.
Monday—Grilled Ranch Chicken with Salad. The chicken is part of a freezer meal workshop I did with a friend a while back. Here’s a similar recipe if you want to make it.
Tuesday—Bacon Caprese Sandwiches
Wednesday—Vietnamese Slow Cooker Chicken & Bok Choy
Thursday—Eating Out
Friday—Taco Soup
