Weekly Menu {8/24–8/28}
Did you have a nice weekend? We did. We spent a lot of time doing nothing, and it was really nice. Amidst a lot of tv watching, I did manage to put together a menu for this week. So, here’s what we’ll be having.
Monday—Pecan-crusted Salmon & Roasted Potatoes. My friend puts together freezer meal workshops with Wildtree. This was one of the meals from it (the first we’ve tried), and it was really good.
Tuesday—Italian Chicken Salad Sandwiches + Corn on the Cob
Wednesday—Ground Beef Tacos with all the fixings. This is such an easy, customizable weeknight meal.
Thursday—Summer Chicken Pot Pie Galettes
