Weekly Menu {5/23–5/27}
I hope you had a nice weekend! Ours was very enjoyable. We took Finn to the park on Saturday, and he hated it. He didn’t like the slide. He tolerated the swings for a few minutes and then wanted out. His favorite part—watching the people. It was a nice trip regardless to meander down to the park, enjoy the sunshine, and sit on a bench and watch the people playing.
Here’s to a new week, and here’s what’s on the menu!
Monday—Italian Chicken Salad Sandwiches. I didn’t get a chance to make this last week, and I’m really looking forward to having it tonight.
Tuesday—Mini Turkey Meat Loaves + Peas. The meat loaves recipe is from a cookbook I have called, Baby and Toddler On the Go.
Wednesday—Bacon Caprese Sandwiches + Steamed Veggies
Thursday—Mexican Shredded Beef + Mini Corn Muffins (recipe is also from the Baby and Toddler On the Go cookbook linked above). Dylan will probably eat the beef with tortillas, and I will probably make mine into a salad.
Friday—Leftovers or takeout.
