Weekly Menu {5/16–5/20}
On rare occasions I start a Monday feeling as though the weekend was the perfect amount of time and very satisfying. This weekend was one of those weekends. Plus, we are supposed to have beautiful weather all week. I can’t complain.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week.
Monday—Takeout from a local Mexican restaurant
Tuesday—Italian Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Wednesday—Dinner at a friend’s house
Thursday—Grilled Pesto Shrimp Skewers & Angel Hair Pasta
Friday—Hoisin Salmon Bowls
