Weekly Menu {4/4–4/8}

Happy Monday! This weekend flew by. We spent most of Saturday cleaning the house and prepping for Finn’s birthday part, and then Sunday friends and a few of Dylan’s family members came over to celebrate Finn’s first birthday. It was a lot of fun to see our friends, and Finn had a great time. He is a little ham, so he loved having all of the people over. Did you do anything fun this weekend?
Here’s what’s on the menu this week.
Monday—Chicken Tacos
Tuesday—Cheese & Black Bean Quesadillas
Wednesday—Spicy Pork Meatball Bahn Mi. I’ve had my eye on this recipe for a while now, and since we have some friends coming over for dinner, it seems like a good time to try it.
Thursday—Chicken & Avocado Caesar Salad
Friday—Eating Out…we are traveling to visit my family for the weekend, so we will grab something on the road.
