Weekly Menu {3/7–3/11}
Did you have a nice weekend? Ours was very enjoyable but definitely not long enough. We went for a walk on Saturday and saw the newest Star Wars movie at the cheap theater. Sunday we did a few house projects and just generally hung out. It was very refreshing!
Anyway, here’s what’s on the menu this week.
Monday—Salad with Avocado and Hard Boiled Egg.
Tuesday—Cheese Quesadillas
Wednesday—Hoisin Salmon Bowls
Thursday—Slow Cooker Tacos al Pastor
Friday—Leftovers
