Weekly Menu {3/14–3/18}
Almost every week I ask Dylan if he has any special requests for dinner that week. He almost always requests fish of some sort. I’m not super into fish and definitely don’t feel very confident in cooking it, but I’m trying to oblige him.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week.
Monday—Parmesan Pesto Tilapia with Angel Hair Pasta
Tuesday—Pizza (probably delivered or maybe frozen)
Wednesday—Rotisserie Chicken, Veggies, and Wild Rice + Mushroom Pilaf
Thursday—Seasoned Chicken with Greek Salsa and Orzo
Friday—Lasagna and Salad. Dylan’s parents are coming over for dinner. I may try this recipe for 3-Cheese Sausage Lasagna Roll-ups.
