Weekly Menu {1/4–1/8}
Happy New Year to you! I hope the holidays treated you well. We had a very nice time, and I’m a little sad to get back into a ‘normal’ routine. I tried to pick simple meals to make that part of this week a little easier.
Here’s what’s on the menu for this week.
Monday—Sweet Asian Chili Pork Stir Fry
Tuesday—Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowls
Wednesday—Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup
Thursday—Slow Cooker Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Friday—I’d like to make a variation of this Spinach, Sweet Peppers, and Feta dish with a pie crust instead of the phyllo as well as frozen spinach to make it a little easier.
