Weekly Menu {10/5–10/9}
Did you have a nice weekend? I hope so. We went for a walk on Saturday to the local coffee shop and then kind of just hung out around the house. On Sunday we made a pit stop at the farmer’s market to pick up a bunch of jelly to stock up for the winter. We’ve got strawberry and apricot and a few other flavors. Now we need to make lots and lots of toast.
Monday—Hoisin Caramelized Salmon & Soba Noodle Bowls. We love this recipe so much!
Tuesday—Turkey Gouda Sandwiches
Wednesday—Chorizo Tacos with Roasted Squash, Black Beans, Onion, and Cilantro
Thursday—Spinach, Bacon, Gouda Quiche. I have some kale I might substitute for the spinach.
Friday—Undecided
