Weekly Menu {4/11–4/15}

Did you have a nice weekend? Mine was very good, but I’m a little behind this week. We spent the weekend in Wisconsin with my family, which was a great time, but I definitely didn’t do any menu planning when we got home Sunday evening. But, it’s put together now, and here it is.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week.

Monday—Takeout from Broder’s Pasta Bar.

Tuesday—Tacos

Wednesday—Ancho Chile Chicken with Black Beans and Yellow Rice. This recipe is from a Cuisine Tonight magazine I got a few years ago. I couldn’t find the link to it online.

Thursday—Steak and Baked Potatoes. This has been on heavy rotation the last few weeks.

Friday—Undecided. We may eat out, or I may try to use up whatever we have in the fridge.
